The Blondeau method with its course to train both the professional rider and the horse gets the best out of both in order to develop a relationship of trust while working. In the course "Brevet Fédéral d’équitation éthologique Level 2", you will start by watching the work with a youngster being broken-in.
You will be guided through the steps of ground work with a school horse until you have the theoretical, practical and teaching ability to work independently.
To use the theory of how the horse moves and ethology to understand better the relationship with the horse.
To attain a knowledge of teaching in order to train students up to FFE Savoir 5 level and train teachers for BFEE1 and BFEE2.

The theory that you will be taught will cover subjects of equestrial culture, how the horse moves and ethology. The simplified use of reference books will enable you to understand the principles of the Blondeau method.
Module 1: Handling and educating a young horse destined as a school horse - 14 hrs
Module 2: Working with a schooled horse in-hand and with long reins - 14 hrs
Module 3: Practical use of the basics of educating the young horse (week in Saumur) - 35 hrs
Module 4: Getting a young horse to cope with obstacles (ridden work) - 14 hrs
Module 5: Teach students the preparation in-hand for ridden work
Module 6: Organise professional training in preparation for BFEE1 - 14 hrs
